1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdt24 platform and its users. By using the bdt24 website, mobile version, or any associated services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The bdt24 website and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on the platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — The member's registered personal profile.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in the account (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳).
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds granted under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on the bdt24 platform. If a minor creates an account by providing false information, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Valid email address

• Preferred payment method details

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, payment account, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all related accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdt24 reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method at any time. If required documents (national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents) are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account password and login details completely confidential is your own responsibility. You will be held responsible for any activity on your account, unless you promptly notify bdt24 of any unauthorized access.

• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on the bdt24 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required for KYC verification or security checks. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required for the first deposit.
• The bonus will be added to your account automatically.
• To withdraw the bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times (25x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds will be deducted from the bonus balance first, then from the main balance.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — see the terms of the specific offer.
• bdt24 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdt24 VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

Cashback is paid every Monday based on the previous week's activity. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and contribution on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For bets completed due to a technical error, bdt24's decision will be considered final.
• bdt24 will not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Any winnings obtained through a software error or malfunction will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event when betting on sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the decision to void or reinstate the bet will be made at bdt24's discretion.

6.3 Casino Games

When participating in live casino, slots, and other games, follow the individual rules of each game. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely unbiased.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in the permanent closure of the account:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, suspicious betting patterns).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting software or technical errors.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Match fixing or any other form of dishonest betting.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by bdt24

bdt24 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information or suspicion of fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Financial irregularities or chargebacks.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
